Registrants with an associated order or abstract can be deleted, but in order to do so all orders and/or abstracts regardless of their status must be deleted first.
To view all orders linked with a registrant, click on the (RO) "Registrant Orders" button in their record. If you still do not see their order, select Yes on the search bar of the orders dashboard to view Incomplete Orders.

Why can't I delete a registrant?
Registrants with orders where an invoice has been issued cannot be deleted for security/accountancy reasons.
