A visitor becomes a registrant just by entering their email address and a password on the website. They are then prompted to fill out details about themselves, and some end up creating a registration order and some not, and some end up submitting an abstract and some not.
When a visitor becomes a registrant, they open an account. All their orders and abstracts will be associated with this account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted as every registrant must have a unique Email and ID.
If they have not completed a registration order some of the fields may appear blank on their profiles. This dashboard is the place where you can manage registrant profiles. You can also take further actions on registrants, including OKing supporting documents uploaded as proof of status and FEBS awards applications.
To access the Registrants Dashboard, in the left hand menu navigate to Registrations >> Registrants Dashboard.

To operate the registrant dashboards, we recommend working with a high resolution screen so all buttons can fit on the screen. If you do not use monitors with a high resolution, we recommended to zoom out (Press [Ctrl] + [-] on a PC or [Cmd] + [-] on a Mac) on your browser in order to view all buttons and avoid horizontal scrolling.
Mark registrants as checked-in
On the Control Panel, go to Registrations >> Registrants Dashboard >> Press the "Check In" button for each registrant who actually came to the event to assign them a Check-In Date. If you happen to mark someone in error, you can double click to open the registrant profile and delete the check-in date to uncheck them.
