Why is the registration type sometimes missing from incomplete registrant profiles?

The platform recognises people who registered to previous FEBS events in the last three years, and offers them the possibility to match up their registration details when they first enter the registration system. Previous events mean either FEBS Advanced Courses provided on the febsevents.org platform or FEBS Congresses.

This registration details recognition capacity save registrants to previous events having to enter many registration details again, in particular the values of the following fields: First Name, Last Name, Sex, Title, Career Stage, Birth Date, Workplace name, city and country, as well as Billing Details. 

This is the reason why you may see a registrant profile with these details but without a registrant type.
