You will find all the tools necessary to manage the interactive programme under the "Programme" tab in the left hand menu. Please note that you can also, or instead, create a linear programme on a new static page if preferred
To create the programme you will have to add locations, session types, sessions and session talks, in this order. Please work through the following steps:

Add Locations: Locations are the rooms/halls where the sessions will take place.

Add Session Types: To define the different session types (plenary, posters, networking…)
Please see: "Session Types".
Once you have entered the relevant data for locations and session types, you can add:

Add Sessions: Sessions appear on the programme in coloured boxes in their relevant time slots.

Add Session Talks: Session talk are talks/lectures within a session.

- Abstract Assignment: Abstracts can be linked to talks using the (AAA) "Assisted Abstract Assignment" and (DAA) "Direct Abstract Assignment" buttons. Please see: "Assigning abstracts to talks".
