0. How to create the interactive programme

You will find all the tools necessary to manage the interactive programme under the "Programme" tab in the left hand menu. Please note that you can also, or instead, create a linear programme on a new static page if preferred

To create the programme you will have to add locations, session types, sessions and session talks, in this order. Please work through the following steps:

1. Add Locations: Locations are the rooms/halls where the sessions will take place.

2. Add Session Types: To define the different session types (plenary, posters, networking…)
   Please see: "Session Types".

Once you have entered the relevant data for locations and session types, you can add:

3. Add Sessions: Sessions appear on the programme in coloured boxes in their relevant time slots.

4. Add Session Talks: Session talk are talks/lectures within a session.

5. Abstract Assignment: Abstracts can be linked to talks using the (AAA) "Assisted Abstract Assignment" and (DAA) "Direct Abstract Assignment" buttons. Please see: "Assigning abstracts to talks".
