Sessions appear on the programme in coloured boxes in their relevant time slots. Once the “Locations” and “Session Types” have been defined, the programme is ready to create sessions.
To create a new session:
- In the left hand menu navigate to Programme >> Sessions.
- Click “Add New”.
- Fill in the form. Use "i" icons for guidance.
- Click "Save".
The different sessions you have created will now appear in a list. You can now add session talks within the sessions by pressing the (ST) button. Please see "Session Talks".
Notes:
- It is optional for you to fill in the chair name(s) and country code(s) for the programme sessions. However, please leave the workplace and link fields blank as these are for FEBS congress only.
- If you hover over the (ST) button for the session to which you have added a “Session Talk”, it will show how many talks are in that session.
