On special occasions you may need to manually add an order, when registrant do not do it themselves through the website.
- In the left hand menu navigate to Registrations >> Orders Dashboard
- Click "Add new". This will open the Order Header form.
- Type in the first letters of the registrant surname and select it from the autocomplete list.
- Click "Save". This will associate the order with the registrant id.
- Navigate to Order Items (OI), click the "Add new" button and fill out the fields as appropriate.
- Click "Save".
You can revisit this order by clicking the Order Header (OH) and Order Item (OI) buttons at a later date if you want to edit/add more information. For further guidance, please read Articles in this section on the left-hand column.
Notes
- If a registrant has an incomplete registration order, you will not be able to add a new registration order for them. In this event, on the orders dashboard please filter "Incomplete Orders = Yes" to show incomplete orders (cart icon) and then press the RP button to confirm it, or press the order header or order item button to edit as needed.
- An order can only be created for an existing registrant. If the registrant does not exist, please ask them to register through the website or add it manually on the registrant dashboard. If you need to add a registrant, please see 'Adding Registrants'.
- Do not forget to add at least one order item type (registration, service, discount...). Otherwise the order will be left empty.
- The system does not permit a registrant to have more than one registration order type. Every registrant can only have one registration order.
