As an admin you can manage all abstracts on the Abstracts Dashboard. To access it in the left hand menu navigate to Abstracts >> Abstracts Dashboard.
To edit existing abstracts, double click on the one you would like to make changes to.
The dashboard displays a number of columns and buttons that you may not be familiar with. Here we provide a key to help you manage abstracts. To operate the abstracts dashboards, we recommend working with a high resolution screen so all dashboard buttons can fit on the screen. If you do not use monitors with a high resolution, we recommended to zoom out (Press [Ctrl] + [-] on a PC or [Cmd] + [-] on a Mac) on your browser in order to view all buttons and avoid horizontal scrolling.
(Sub) Submit Abstract
When you click the submit button a window will pop up for confirmation. If you then click confirm, you will mark the abstract as "Submitted".
This action should only be taken when you have the presenting author permission to do it, as this action should always be made by the registrants themselves when they have their abstract in its final, complete version.
If a registrant submit an abstract in error, you can revert the submission status by pressing this button.
(Au) Add/Edit Authors
By pressing the (Au) button you are able to add, amend and delete details of all contributing authors as well as their workplaces and order of appearance.
(PDF) Print Abstract
Click on this button to view the abstract in its current or submission state. The PDF lets you see exactly what the abstract will look like when exported and when displayed via the abstract search tool.
(SE) Send Email
Click on the (SE) button to open an email browser where you can send an email to the abstract submitter. Notice that you will have an email signature set for your administration account automatically assigned so all your emails sent are fully branded.
(LoA) Log of Actions

At the top of the page you will see a range of fields. You can use any one of these fields to search or filter through the list of abstracts.
