Registration / Application Order Complete Messages
An Order Complete On-Screen Message and an E-mail with the order in PDF attached is automatically sent to the registrant when they complete a registration / application order on their web account.
Go to Registrations >> Payment Methods > Double click on the relevant method > Messages tab to fully edit both the order complete email message and the order complete on-screen message.
Please proceed the same way to edit the template messages for all (i.e. bank transfer, waiver...)

Registration / Application Order Confirmed Message
An Order Confirmed e-mail can be automatically sent to the registrant when you confirm their status by recording the payment. Go to Registrations >> Order & Invoice Details to fully edit this template message.
Note that on the payment record screen, a copy of this template message can be edited on individual basis before confirmation of any order.

Note that registrants will be able to download their orders and receipts in PDF at any time by logging into their accounts, and clicking on ‘My orders’ tab.
Notification Emails
Additionally Notification Emails can be sent out using the Notification feature. To learn more about this feature, please read Notifications section
Notification emails can be used to communicate targeted information, reminders or announcements in bulk to specific groups regarding matters such as pending documents, YTF award outcomes, or course application acceptance.
Templates are provided with examples of possible text. These templates can be edited to match the requirements of messages for each event and/or new templates can be created.
