How do I cancel an order?
Navigate to Registrations >> Orders Dashboard, and Press the (CI) button on to the order you wish to cancel. This produces two actions:
- Updates order's payment status to "Cancelled", cancelling the order; and
- Generates a pdf document, which serves as a cancellation receipt and a credit note for the refund.
These actions apply to all order types, not only for registrations, but also for services (such as dinners or accompanying persons) and accommodations.

How do I undo a cancelled order?
You are unable to undo a cancelled order, you will have to create a new order.
You may invite the registrant to log in their account and do this themselves with just a few clicks, as all details filled out on the registrant information form are maintained.
