Adding Organizers

To add an organizer:

1. Navigate to Website >> Public Web pages.
   
   
2. Click on the pink (Org) button on the tool bar.
   
   
3. Click "Add new".
   
   
4. To add a picture, click on the “Paperclip icon” in the toolbar above. 
   
   
5. Make sure you click the "Save" button to save any changes you have made .

Notes:

• For optimal display, the organizer’s picture must be in the shape of the square. Recommeded size is 125px x 125px.
• All organizers must fit one of the following categories: Course Organizers, Other Organizing Committee Members, and Administrator. 

Organizers details and pictures will be displayed on the "Organizers page".
