The abstract search tool can be made accessible on a public facing page, or only to registrants with confirmed registrations under login.
To make the abstract search available to the public:
Navigate to Menu Bar >> Click Add New
Enter a heading title, e.g. "Abstract Search"
From the "link heading to a dynamic page" drop down list, select Abstract Search
To make the abstract search available only to registrants under login:
Navigate to Website >> Public Web Pages >> Abstract SearchTab
Enter the Search Tool Opening and Search Tool Closing dates to set the period you wish to make the abstract search available on registrants accounts.
N.B: With this option only registrants with confirmed payment status will be able to use the abstract search tool by logging on to their registrant accounts, on the specified dates.
The showing and hiding of the abstract search tool on public web pages is just a matter of linking/unlinking the dynamic page to a menu heading/subheading.
