When a website visitor registers for the first time and when a returning user logs in to their account they see a set of pages which they can navigate in order to register/apply for the event and submit their abstract and download any necessary private documents such as a certificate of attendance.
Go to Registrations >> Registrant Web Accounts to customise the content displayed on these pages. Each of these pages are already preconfigured, but they also have a number of places to provide additional handy information. Please use "i" icons for guidance and to help you locate them.
For instance, clear instructions on needed supporting docs can be edited on Registrant Web Accounts.

To enable the question for applicants of FEBS YTF Awards, scroll down and set the Travel Award Question Opening and Closing Dates. You will also be able to show or hide other Yes/No questions and conditional questions, and customise their wording. Furthermore, an open response field for registrants to provide short texts during the application/registration can be enabled/disabled here. Collected responses to all these fields can be viewed individually on the relevant profile at the registrant dashboard and on the Excel exports (admins.xlsx and registrants.xlsx).
