Registrant types are different registration categories, e.g. Regular, Student, Non-Academic, etc.
For Advanced Courses, examples are provided as suggestions. Please feel free to edit or delete the existing sample registrant types.
To edit registrant types: double click on the one that you would like to make changes to. All values can be changed as required (i.e. need not include reference to accommodation, hiding or revealing invoicing section when necessary, etc.). You are advised to click on the "i" icons for guidance.
Notice that the uploading of a supporting docs file can be made compulsory to prevent registrants completing their registration/application order without uploading a file with supporting docs. Hence there can be reg. categories where an intermediate 'upload supporting docs' screen is either showing or hidden during registration/application. And for those specific reg categories where the intermediate 'upload supporting docs' screen is showing, the uploading can be made compulsory.
To add a new registrant type:
- Navigate to Registrants >> Registrant Types
- Click "Add New"
- Fill out the form. Use the "i" icons for guidance.
- Click "Save".
Registration fees are how much a registrant pays to attend your event, and they depend on two criteria:
- Registrant Type (e.g. Regular, Student, Non-Academic, etc.)
- Fee Type (e.g. early, regular, late). For Advanced Course there is a single standard type by default. Feel free to contact support if you need to set up different period-based pricing.
Once registrant types have been created you can set fees. To add or edit fees, click on the (RF) button for the registrant type to which you would like to add or edit a fee. To show the registrant type and fee on the public facing table, tick to show the relevant registrant type in the public registration fees table.
Please note that it is required to enter a zero fee for Invited speakers, special guests or other categories with waived registration.
