A suggested workflow for application review is
1.- In the left hand menu navigate to Exports >> Export to Excel. From the drop down list select Admins and press the green Export button to pull data into a single file. Spreadsheets are downloaded fully up-to-date with all collected data.
For instance to obtained a full detailed list of who has completed their application, follow these steps in this admins.xlsx. file
- Column D "OrderItemType" filter by ‘Registration’
- Column F "Payment Status" filter by Pending which means order complete, while incomplete naturally means order incomplete.
- Column X "SupportingDocsStatus" filter by uploaded, and filter out 'not uploaded' statuses
- Column BC "SubmittedAbstracts" filter by 1 means Yes. Column BB "Non-submittedAbstracts" filter 1 means abstract submission started and saved but not submitted yet.
Combine filters further to analyse data to your exact desires. You may also want to export the Abstracts Excel file to analyse full data on submissions.
2.- Go to Exports >> Abstract Export in PDF. Filter through the conditions and click the Generate button to download specific individual submitted abstracts.
3.- Go to Exports >> Support Docs Export. Filter through the conditions and click "Go! to download files uploaded by users during their application.
Each supporting doc and abstract file is named with "Registrant ID - Surname" for easy matching with data on the spreadsheet.
When your appraisal is done, mark successful course applicants (Acceptance Yes) on the registrant dashboard and duly notify them using the notification section on the control panel.
