Suporting Documents / Proof of Status Export

This tools enables you to download supporting files uploaded by users during their registrations in bulk. Go to Exports >> Support Docs Export. 

Select the values that you would like to filter by from the drop-down menus, and click "Go!" A single zip containing all supporting files that meet your conditions will be generated, with each supporting file named with Registrant ID and Surname for easy identification and matching.

The system may take a few seconds to pull all data to generate the zip file. Thank you for your patience.

Note that if you are only interested in viewing the supporting docs uploaded by a particular registrant:

1. Go to the Registrants Dashboard and double click on the relevant applicant to open their registrant form. 
2. Click on the paper clip icon next to the delete button, and
3. Click to view the uploaded file.
